Standard Orders: Our 3D printing services typically require 1-3 working days for processing after payment is received.
Custom or Personalised Orders: Depending on the complexity of your design, additional time may be required. Estimated times will be communicated during the order process.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next working day.
We use UK Royal Mail to deliver your 3D printed gifts and services. The following options are available:
Tracked 48:
Delivery aim: 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Tracking: Included with updates at key points.
Tracked 24:
Delivery aim: 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Tracking: Included with updates at key points.
Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm:
Delivery aim: Next working day by 1pm.
Tracking: Included with detailed updates and a signature on delivery.
International Delivery:
We offer international delivery on request. Timescales and tracking availability vary by destination. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and selected delivery option. All costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
For tracked services, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Use this number to monitor your delivery through the Royal Mail tracking service at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item or check our Order Tracking page.
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
We cannot redirect orders once dispatched.
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be required to cover redelivery costs. For more details, see our Returns Policy.
If you are unavailable when your parcel arrives, Royal Mail may leave a card with collection or redelivery instructions.
