This policy applies to all goods purchased directly from Bozzy’s 3D Prints, whether through our website, social media platforms, or other sales channels. It includes:

  • Custom and bespoke 3D printed goods
  • Pre-designed or ready-made 3D printed items
  • Accessories or other items sold alongside 3D printed products

2. Custom and Bespoke Goods

Most 3D printed items we produce are custom-made to your specifications. As such, they are classified as bespoke products and are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2.1 Order Confirmation and Approval

To ensure clarity, we will confirm the details of your order (design, material, colour, dimensions, etc.) before production begins. By approving these details, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the specifications.

2.2 Minor Imperfections

Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor imperfections such as layer lines, slight colour variations, or small artifacts may occur. These are inherent to the production process and do not qualify as defects unless they significantly affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product.

2.3 Cancellations for Custom Goods

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in delivering high-quality products, but if an issue arises, we are here to help. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if the product:

  • Is not of satisfactory quality
  • Is not fit for purpose
  • Does not match the description provided

3.1 Reporting an Issue

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@bozzys3dprints.co.uk. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Photographic or video evidence (if applicable)

3.2 Remedies

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer the following resolutions:

  • Repair: If feasible, we will repair the item and return it to you at no extra cost.
  • Replacement: We will produce a replacement item to correct the issue.
  • Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the issue.

3.3 Return of Faulty Items

We may ask you to return the faulty item for inspection. If a return is required:

  • We will provide a prepaid postage label for the return.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the item is received and assessed.

4. Non-Custom Goods (Pre-Made Items)

For non-custom items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4.1 Cancellations

To cancel an order for a non-custom item:

  • Notify us in writing at info@bozzys3dprints.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return the item in its original, unused condition, along with all packaging and accessories.

4.2 Refunds for Non-Custom Goods

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will cover the cost of the item and standard shipping charges (if applicable).
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Customised or personalised goods that are not faulty or incorrect.
  • Items that have been modified, assembled, or altered by the customer.
  • Minor imperfections or variations inherent to the 3D printing process (see Section 2.2).
  • Requests made outside the specified timeframes (e.g., after 14 days for faulty items).

6. Refund Process

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as follows:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirming that no return is necessary.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Deductions: For non-faulty items, deductions may apply if the returned item is damaged, used, or incomplete.

7. Packaging and Returning Goods

When returning an item:

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include all original packaging, instructions, and accessories.
  • Use a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit (for customer-initiated returns).
